About Our Founder
Bleu Éclairé is founded by Sanjam Sahi Gupta, a maritime professional who has spent over a decade working at the intersection of shipping operations, diversity, policy, sustainability, and inclusion. As a Director at Sitara Shipping, Founder of Maritime SheEO, and an International Maritime Organization (IMO) consultant, Sanjam has worked closely with industry leaders, regulators, institutions, and seafarers across the globe.
Recognised internationally among the Top 100 Women in Shipping, Sanjam has served on the Executive Board of the World Maritime University, contributed to national and global maritime initiatives, and is widely known for bridging the gap between regulation, real-world operations, and people on the ground.
Bleu Éclairé was born from that lived experience. From seeing capable teams struggle not because they lack intent or intelligence, but because their systems were never designed for the way maritime MSMEs actually function.
